Redeeming your Groupon

One Groupon Voucher per customer only, regardless of service. No exceptions.
All Groupon customers must have their vouchers redeemed upon arrival. 

Groupon prices for services will be honored upon request. If you purchase a Groupon but fail to make your appointment, I reserve the right to redeem your Groupon voucher.

Groupon vouchers for pedicure services will not be accepted. I will only accept Facial and/or Facial/Pedicure package Groupon vouchers. Groupon prices for pedicures will be honored directly upon request.

Booking Appointments

I do not accept walk-ins. All appointments must be made online or via text in advance. Calls will not be accepted. Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before your appointment. Any appointments not confirmed within 24 hours of booking will be subject to cancellation.
 

Late Arrivals

I understand that sometimes things happen that can make it hard to get to your appointment on time. If you call ahead of time, I'll give you an additional 18 minutes to your appointment time to give you some leeway. 
However, if you are later than 18 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

No Shows

If you're unable to make it to your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so that I may better serve  other clients. If you don't show up to your appointment, you will be charged a $25 No-Show fee and any discounts applied upon booking your appointment will be revoked and you will be required to pay full price upon rescheduling your next appointment.

Cancellations

Please try to cancel your appointment in advance if need be. 
Any confirmed appointment that is cancelled less than 6 hours before the appointment will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
